When will I receive my items?
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the end of the campaign, depending on availability. You can expect your package to arrive around 5-7 days from your ship date. Orders are mailed via first-class or priority mail. You will receive an update should there be delays.
Keep in mind that delivery times on international orders may take slightly longer – up to 2-3weeks to certain countries depending on customs regulations. Please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time.

Yes, you can purchase expedited shipping, but we will make sure you get your order as soon as possible!

Your site keeps declining my card, what’s happening?
Our payment processor communicates directly with your bank and automatically accepts or declines payment. Unfortunately, we cannot override the system. If your card is not accepted, please contact your bank or try using a different credit card.
I just realized that I ordered the wrong size – can this be fixed?
Yes! You are able to update your information at any time before your items are shipped. Simply contact us with your change to email@example.com and we will update your order.
I need to change my shipping address.
Yes! You are able to update all of your preferences in your customer account. Just log in here.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, while the campaign is still running! Please click the link in your confirmation email to visit your personalized tracking page where you can change your order items – you can remove all the items from your order, and then click the red button to cancel your order.
Where is my order now?
You can see the exact status of your order in production and also check on the tracking status of your order once it has shipped on your personal order tracking page. To access it, click on the blue link in your confirmation email.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We guarantee the quality of all our products. If any of your products are damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide you with return instructions immediately. Your money will be refunded within 3-5 business days of receiving the product back. If you do not like something, we will also work with you to make sure that we understand your style preferences before the next delivery.
I received the wrong size or color – How can you fix this?

What happens if the item was "Returned to Sender"?
If your order has been deemed undeliverable by the post and returned back to us, we will ship it back to you at no additional cost. If you would prefer a refund, we would be happy to refund you in full, shipping included.
What happens if my item is damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, we will replace the item at no additional cost. The damaged item need not be returned to Epik Merch, however we may ask for images of the damage. Please contact us if this happens.
What happens if my item is damaged after washing?
Tastemakerz guarantees the quality of its items and is not responsible for damage incurred by washing or natural wear and tear. We strongly suggest following the care instructions found on the inside label of the item.
